Synthetic and polished content:The mold wax is removed from the surface of the cooling tower fiber mold, and the mold is polished with the cotton yarn.If the top of the demoulding iron is rusty, it needs to be rust removal;If it is a modified tower, it is necessary to ask whether the mold should be properly modified.

 

Apply the face glue on the mold;after the face glue is dry and hard, a layer of fiber is placed on the mold, and then the sticking gum is brushed on the fiber.Use a bubbler to drive out the bubbles in each layer.

 

One layer of fiber, one layer of glue, according to the specification to complete the specified number of layers;

After the fiber and glue have hardened, use a knife to cut the excess fiber along the edge of the mold;

After the finished fiber is completely hardened, the finished product can be taken out of the mold to check whether the finished product is qualified;

Use a grinder to smooth the finished edge and hand it to the assembly department.

Formula of face glue and glue

Face glue:200kg,color matching:20kg,cobalt water:900c.c.

Glue:200kg,color matching:2kg,cobalt water:600c.c.

Each kilogram of face glue or glue is equipped with a drier 8-10c.c., depending on the ambient temperature.

Fiber repair content:

There are bubbles and depressions on the surface of the fiber, which need to be repaired;

If the size of the fiber modification is too small, it needs to be cut, connected and repaired according to the size of the drawing paper;

The non-smooth surface of the fiber part is irregular and has fiber whiskers, which need to be properly repaired.

 

Fiber polishing content:

All cutting edges of the fiber parts need to be polished;

If the size of the fiber modification is too large, it needs to be cut and polished according to the size of the drawing paper;

The non-smooth surface of the fiber part is irregular and has fiber whiskers, which need to be properly polish;

Fiber parts need to opening according to the hole location in the mold;

When polishing, choose the right mill and grinding wheel and operate as required;

After grinding, the fiber parts should be guaranteed to meet the specified size.
