Cooling tower quality, safety assurance system and measures

Under the design conditions, it is necessary to ensure the circulating cooling water volume and cooling effect to ensure the quality of the products.

一、Whole tower test before shipment

二、Frame inspection

¨      All galvanized steel parts must be carefully inspected for warpage before being installed. If there is any deformation, it needs to be corrected before delivery to customers to ensure the stability of the cooling tower.

¨          Verify that the holes whether are the correct size and position to ensure smooth installation and use of the cooling tower.

三、Inspection of FRP components

¨      The FRP parts produced by our company are processed according to strict technical requirements.FRP parts must be strictly inspected for discoloration, cracking and air bubbles before delivery. If any of the above phenomena occur, they need to be reworked until the products are qualified before they can be shipped,to prevent the cooling tower from leaking or affecting the appearance of the tower.

四、Cooling tower acceptance items

Visual inspection：

¨      Check whether the cooling tower as a whole is straight, the appearance quality of the FRP parts, and the installation quality of the sprinkling filler.

Noise test：

¨     Verify the operating noise of the cooling tower power system.At a distance of 2 m from the air outlet, tilt 45 degrees to check the influence of standard point noise and cooling tower overall operation noise on the surrounding environment .

Air volume measurement：

   ¨      After the cooling tower completes the above inspection, it must also test the air volume, that is, measure the wind speed of the cooling tower inlet (inlet air volume = wind speed × air inlet area).The anemometer is used to measure the wind speed at different positions and heights of the cooling tower. The air volume of the tower must be designed to meet the design air volume of the cooling tower to ensure the cooling capacity of the cooling tower.If the air volume is not enough or too large, the angle of the fan blade can be adjusted to meet the requirements.
