1. Timely replenishment of water

In summer, the temperature rises, and the evaporation of spray water is slightly higher than that in winter. The water tank should be inspected regularly and the amount of water should be replenished in time.

2. Check nozzle

Closed cooling towers generally use sprinklers to distribute water. If the nozzle of the cooling tower is blocked and dropped, it will cause uneven water distribution.Therefore, the water distribution of the sprinkler should be checked regularly.

3. Regularly inspection the air inlet and outlet

The equipment is operated outdoors for a long time, and it is necessary to regularly inspection the inlet/outlet to prevent blockage.

4. Infill

The common problems of fillers are scaling and aging. The cooling tower that has been used for many years will have the problem of broken packing. If the packing is damaged in a large area, the cooling effect will be reduced.
